The guests of this vacation rental will be provided with one (1) parking pass that will need to be displayed by hanging on the rearview mirror. This will allow parking on all 4 levels in the building, or in the overflow parking across the street.

To access the building housing this oceanfront condo, you will need to enter the parking garage to the right of the registration building (marked ENTER - in the diagram, it's the arrow going into the garage). The ground level parking makes a horseshoe and can continue to upper levels of parking or to the exit. . 

Motorcycles are to be parked across the street in the overflow parking; Trailers must be parked in the lot behind the overflow parking.

Please check in at the front desk to receive your wrist bands that will give you access to the condo, open the doors on the upper parking levels, allow pool access and let you eat at the restaurant and order drinks at the bar! There are hooks next to the door to give you a convenient spot to hang them. It's never fun to lose them!

The bedroom features a King Sized bed with a premium, copper-infused mattress encased in a zip-up mattress protector with 4 pillows. The ceiling fan is operated by a wall switch located by the kitchen. On the nightstands are two table lamps. The one by the balcony is light switch operated from the same bank of switches, as is the basket light in the reading nook. 

The davenport desk opens (the lid is supported by two pullouts on the desk front). There is an outlet conveniently located to the right of the desk. A laptop sits nicely on here, in the off-chance work is needed done. I wouldn't recommend it, as the view can be quite distracting!

The 55" Roku TV is available for your entertainment. It logs into Guest Mode so you can stream your favorite content. If you'd like to watch cable TV, please select the "Live Streaming" option. 

In the reading nook, there are several books available, as well as a lumbar pillow Grab and blanket and try not to fall asleep! 

When you enter the condo, unlike the other resorts up and down the strip that have you entering into the bedroom, you'll be in the living room. I hope you're able to take advantage of the many amenities in here!

The WiFi is free and is not password protected. It's either  Paradise Guest or Paradise Resort - or some other version of Paradise!

The light switches next to the door run power to the ceiling fan as well as the lamp next to the couch. 

The table will comfortably sit four people. Or, it will be a great place to dump your stuff when you walk in!

The couch is a full-sized pullout, with an upgraded gel foam mattress. Additional linens, blankets and pillows are located in the blue hutch close to the kitchen area.

The fireplace works! It is a manual, push button, but feel free to use it for heat or just the ambiance.

The TV is another Roku TV set up like the bedroom.

There are many amenities located in the kitchen! To start with, enjoy the full suite of stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has an icemaker (If you use it, please turn it off and empty the bin when you're done!)  The electric stove is a flat top that features an air fryer function. There are cookie sheets and a cooling tray to raise to allow full use of this feature in the warming drawer below the oven. The dishwasher, while small, is still pretty mighty. A dish tab will be provided for your convenience. Please load and run, or hand wash, any dishes used before leaving.

There will be a coffee pot on the countertop.  Mugs, dishes, wine glasses, etc, are located in the cabinet above the coffee maker.

If you're looking for mixing bowls, strainer or the pots and pans, they'll be in the cabinets by the fridge. There's a smokeless electric grill and a blender on top of said fridge.

There are two trash bins on a slider in the cabinet to the bottom right of the sink. If they start to overflow, or if you need to dispose of any other trash, there is a Guest Trash Disposal located in the parking garage on the Lobby Level. When you exit to the parking garage, to the right is a leaf-covered chain link fence. Trash bags can go in the bin(s) located within.

While not as exciting as the rest of the condo (but, MAN, that tile!!) The bathroom will be sure to meet your needs. Basic toiletries will be available. There's a hairdryer located under the sink. All of your towels will be provided. The water gets hot, and the water pressure is pretty decent!

There is a Fitness Room located on the 3rd Floor in the Registration Building (the building in the middle of the parking horseshoe, accessed from the sidewalk in front of the resort.) Straight back from the entry doors is the elevator. Operating hours are from 7am until 11pm.

There are indoor (under the patio) pools and hot tubs available for use. Towels are conveniently located there for your use. Please leave them in the dirty towel bins and do not bring them back to the room.

The Beach is a few steps beyond the pool deck. Feel free to bring beach chairs (there is one in the closet in the condo) and umbrellas to enjoy!

And, last but not least, there is a Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream at the front of the building. Enjoy!
